Please note that you require a new license key for the update to HiCAD and HELiOS.
Please note that HiCAD and/or HELiOS updates can only be requested by the contact person for licensing at your company. For a log in as a licence contact, please use your ISD customer number as your user name and the password you also received for licence activation.
You cannot access the update form?
- Please check which data you are logged in with. If you see your personal e-mail address there, please log out.
- If you are logged in to the ISD Wiki, please log out.
- Now log in again with the following user data:
Customer number + password for licence activation.
- If you now call up the update request form again, you can easily request your update.
