A new version with more performance than ever!

With HiCAD 2025 - Service Pack 1, the latest programme version of our CAD software is now available. We have made every effort to optimise many functions for easier and faster handling. We have summarised the highlights of the version for you here in videos.

New Features in UI and Operation
With Service Pack 1, several functions have been added to the Ribbon to simplify processes such as the creation of structure assemblies. Also, there are further extensions in the Design Checker. Finally, there are small improvements in the configuration as well as new functions for the API.

New Features in Sheet Metal
With Service Pack 1, Sheet Metal parts can be checked for manufacturability using the Design Checker. The options for updating sheet developments have been extended. In addition to the directed output of sheets during DXF export, the outer contours of processings are now better handled in sheet developments.

New features in modelling
In Service Pack 1, standard processings have been further upgraded and now include additional thread forms. Furthermore, the Steel Engineering grid has been completely revised and offers a new, simple and modern user interface. In addition to the OBJ import, the calculation of attributes has also been adapted.

New Features in Drawing Detailing
In Service Pack 1, the behaviour of views when moving and scaling has been improved. The annotations of the new axis grid have also been updated. Also, there are minor improvements for form and position tolerances.
