Use HiCAD to create drawings of
special machines in HiSPEED
The following functions help you speed up your workflows.
Free or parametric? You decide when and where you use parametric modelling. With HiCAD you alone decide and not the system. Time-consuming work steps such as parameterisation only take place after receipt of order and only when it makes sense.
Do you want to design in 2D or 3D? With HiCAD there is no either or. You can design with HiCAD in 2D, 3D, or use a combination of the two - and all this without having to change the program. HiCAD even allows you to transfer changes made in the drawing to the geometry - if required, all in one single file.
You can model individual parts directly, without an additional part file in the assembly. You only need to reference these if required. The structure of the model drawing does not have to be known in advance, as parts can be assigned to an assembly by simple Drag & Drop. This enables a completely flexible, constraint-free modelling.
Through a consistent article-oriented working method, in connection with our PDM system HELiOS, a bidirectional connection to any ERP system can be easily realized. In addition to version-safe working in combination with freely configurable release workflows and derivation options, the semi-finished product approach can be used in conjunction with HELiOS.
Everything can be done with just a few clicks! HiCAD allows you to create a complete exploded view with just a few mouse clicks. This view can then be automatically annotated according to your own rules. If required, an assembly video can also be created from this exploded view.
You want to output production data at the push of a button? HiCAD allows you, for example, to output all sheet metal developments of a model drawing as DXF, DWG, STEP or ToPSGeo files to a defined directory. Your own shortening factors can be taken into account, too.

KG – part of the BvL Group – fulfils these tasks with customized solutions for feeding equipment, unloading and animal bedding technology for stables. Other companies belonging to the group are the BvL Oberflächentechnik, which develops and builds various cleaning machines, and the BvL Elektrotechnik, a provider of electrical engineering and building automation services. The company group in Emsbüren, Germany, is a family business which is now in its fifth generation.
