Senior Technical Account Manager | Façade Industry

The PDM solution HELiOS facilitates the acquisition, administration, and distribution of documents and information.

To strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager Façade Industry in North America.

 

Deine Aufgaben

  • As a member of ISD Group USA division reporting to the CEO, North America, you will be responsible for building new business across North America, anticipating future challenges and proposing value-added technology-based solutions with a focus on the Construction, Greenhouse, Façade (tray panel system, Glass, industry), BIM. You will be mandated to generate sales growth by developing new leads and maximizing new business opportunities
  • Has Industry knowledge in the World of Façade, in Sales or Technical
  • Develop and document territory/account plans that exceed sales targets, maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Lead activities in strategic account planning, and develop strategic alliances and partnership opportunities
  • Generate sales growth by maximizing opportunities in new accounts through effective prospecting in current core industries
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully create new logos
  • Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of an organization
  • Lead and provide guidance to a team responsible for developing and delivering proposals
  • Create the business justification and financial models for clients
  • Negotiate financial terms and facilitate negotiations for contract terms and conditions
  • Develop and maintain appropriate industry contacts/networks
  • Actively seek knowledge of industry trends

Deine Qualifikation

  • 8+ years of sales experience demonstrating career growth and consistent overachievement of quotas
  • Proven ability to sell and grow business in new accounts and/or industries.
  • Established history selling large multiyear and multi-element deals
  • Proficiency using CRM HubSpot
  • Strong business acumen and sense of urgency
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A technical or engineering degree or Business degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Façade Industry, (Glass Façade or Cladding Façade, Element Façade)
