- The aim of this project was to combine a wide variety of façade types and constructions in a consistent planning concept - both in terms of design and technology. One of the main challenges was the integration of PR façades (820 m²), an 80 m² light strip in the foyer and an 85 m² glass roof.
The implementation of the 924 m² curtain-type glass façade with screen-printed glass and integrated steel construction including maintenance walkways was particularly complex. This required the utmost precision in planning, exact glass arrangement and coordinated coordination with the structural design.
In addition, a 188 m² green façade, a vestibule and 174 m² of composite panel façade had to be integrated in a functional and visually coherent manner - taking into account accessibility, drainage, material combinations and installation guidelines.
Thanks to end-to-end 3D planning with HiCAD, potential collisions were identified at an early stage and the complex requirements were implemented efficiently and precisely.
